I just wanted to reach out and let you know the RAVEN Apex system has done wonders for us. Since the system is integrated with our POS system, it makes doing research on suspected theft extremely easy. We had a restaurant that was doing over $1000 dollars in overrings. I was able to pull up the overrings on QsrSoft and click the camera icon right next to receipt and get directly into the Apex system and watch the overring being done. Come to find out, this manager ended up stealing over $600 and we had it all on camera, clear as day.
